Madison Avenue Off-Hours

One of my favourite things to do is walk around New York at off-hours, when I have the streets all for myself and I can enjoy the silence and hear my thoughts clearly. I went on one of these short promenades last night to Madison Ave, and I really enjoyed seeing all the window displays geared up for Christmas. I really don't want the holiday season to end!

Christmas at St. Patrick's

St. Patrick's Cathedral has always been one of my favourite places in New York––especially now that all the beautiful renovations are almost done. And although this wouldn't be a typical place to go see Christmas decorations, I found myself inside the Cathedral a few days ago, and discovered they have a beautiful Nativity scene inside. So I had to take pictures. I really wish I had one of those at home!
