After spending pretty much all day trying to decide what to do for Halloween, I ended up going to take pictures of The Village Halloween Parade. I've already mentioned I'm not a big fan of wearing costumes, so I wore a leopard print dress and did my best cat eye and called it a day. I could have worn cat eyes––and this would have made it a little more legit as a costume––but I didn't have any at home...
I decided to go for dinner before the parade started, so I stopped by for a quick sandwich at Grey Dog, which is one of my favourite places near school. It's perfect for a casual lunch/dinner and the place is super cosy. Workers were all dressed up and happily dancing because it was Halloween and we––customers––all got a free treat for dessert before we left!
Then I headed to Sixth Ave to see the parade. There were some really cool costumes, but what I loved the most was the fact that everyone––from young babies to seniors––were dressed their best and got into their roles. I love the holiday spirit!
Love,
